Book Week 2018

Once again, we've completed another action-packed term and the grand finale was a week of adventure, excitement, drama, mystery and fun!

It's time to sit back, relax, grab a brew as you look at some of the highlights.

Warning: There are a lot of photos. (Mrs Page is going for a lie down).

Book Week 2018
Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 kicked off the week with a Book Week Assembly and lots of fun Book Week Activities. Each year group enjoyed an afternoon of storybook games, matching pairs, stories in the library and the opportunity for fun role play.

Hobgoblin Theatre Company

We were delighted to invite the talented actors of Hobgoblin Theatre Company to perform on Friday morning. The children watched a humorous performance of the Frog Prince.

The children also participated in a drama workshop. Their task was to think about how different fairy tale characters might express themselves. The children also posed as parts of an enchanted forest.

Drama Queens and Kings

We look forward to inviting the Hobgoblin crew again for next year's Book Week!
